As we’re rapidly growing, we’re looking for the right person to join our Marketing team and help achieve our goals. As a graphic designer you will work with a high performance and data driven team where you’ll be expected to be a team player, bring new ideas and always strive to meet and surpass the company’s level of excellence.

Here’s what this role is all about:

This professional will be responsible for creating graphic and digital materials for marketing campaigns, in compliance with the company's visual identity, target audience and strategy. You’ll create layouts for e-mail marketing campaigns, landing pages, banners, images meant for social media and other digital content tailored to support our Inbound Marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone who’s always seeking improvement, someone whose comfortable with constantly analyzing key indicators related to marketing campaigns in order to increasingly refine our segmentations and provide assertive orientations to the team as a whole.

It is expected of this professional to have a creative profile with a natural desire to seek referrals and to always keep up-to-date with the market. Top-notch strategic analyses for decision making is a very important requirement in order to fill this role successfully.

The profile we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Production, Communication or Marketing.
  • Online portfolio demonstrating a strong design talent.
  • Vast knowledge of tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Self-driven, well organized and detail oriented.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and inquisitive thinking. Understanding and monitoring the competitive landscape as well as providing insight and recommendations to drive the email channel and marketing strategy is a must.
  • Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others in achieving goals.
  • Ease in maintenance of digital style guides and assets in order to ensure brand consistency and integrity
  • Experience in copywriting.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is desirable.
